feel less overwhelmed with my

guide to managing your well-being as a mom

everything I've learned as a mom of 3 under 5 in a handy google doc

here's the thing

I KNOW YOU'VE GOT A LOT GOING ON

Motherhood means managing a million things at once. That mental load is heavy, even when you've got a supportive partner.

As a work-from-home mom of 3, I've had to figure out ways to avoid burnout. It's not perfect, but it's better than losing my mind because I'm not taking care of myself.

WHEN YOU HIT THAT BRICK WALL, LIFE CAN FEEL IMPOSSIBLE.

I was sick of unhelpful platitudes that lacked practical advice that actually worked. I wanted something that was actually useful. So, I figured it out through trial and error, and then I made the thing I was missing in early motherhood.

I don't want to sell moms useless things that they don't need.

I want to provide as much value as possible.

in this guide, I go through…

01

Carving out space for yourself

02

Taking care of the big three: sleep, food, & exercise

03

Creating a plan with your partner (if you have one)

04

Building a village

05

Coming up with systems that work for you

Okay, fine, but what's it cost?
